WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?Items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?We will include an order tracking number on your order status page. You can track the package by clicking directly on the tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the USPS website. If we have a question about your order we will contact you by email.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?To cancel an order simply email info@thebilligoat.com The order must be cancelled before your items are shipped. We will refund your payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit card company/bank to process the refund back on to your card. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?BILLIGOAT has a 14 day return and exchange policy. To request a return please email info@thebilligoat.com To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we recieve your return please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
